Dr. Andres Hernandez is a preferred network provider for the following insurance companies:

Please check with your health insurance plan for specific mental health benefits and coverage prior to your first appointment. If you have a different insurance plan, we will assist you with necessary documentation for reimbursement.
Self-Pay Rates
The fee for the initial consultation is $195 and $185 for 55-minute psychotherapy sessions.
The forensic evaluation and consultation rate varies and is quoted on a case-by-case basis.
Payment
Cash, check and major credit cards accepted for payment. Please use the following credit/HSA/debit card authorization form for self-pay or co-pay charges Credit Card Authorization
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, you will be charged the fee of $60. Multiple no-shows or late cancelations will result in a full charge of $185. We require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for cancellations. As we do not double- or over-book any appointments, please be sure to promptly arrive for your scheduled session.
